Exercise 3) Forward outside 3-turn, backwards crossover continuous and alternating.
Exercise 4) Backwards crossover into backwards outside 3-turn, into forwards inside open mohawk.
Exercise 5) Forwards inside 3-turn, forwards progressive run continuous and alternating.
